\u2013 It can be painted after 5-10 min.
\u2013 It can be demolded after 5 min (with mold release agent)
\u2013 Ambient moisture insensitive during application
\u2013 Application until -10\u00b0C (-14\u00b0F) on site<\/p>\n

SUBSTRATES:<\/h2>\n

Concrete, steel, iron, wood, PUR foam, EPS\/XPS (Expanded\/Extruded Polystyrene), EPE (Expanded Polyethylene), EPP (Expanded Polypropylene), geotextile non-woven, fibers glass.<\/p>\n

HOW TO APPLY<\/h2>\n

Spraying or pouring with a suitable high pressure and high temperature plural component equipment.<\/p>\n

SUBSTRATES PREPARATION<\/h2>\n

Concrete:<\/strong>
Before application check surface must be dry (internal moisture not above 5%), cleaned and structurally sound. In case of new concrete level the surface using epoxy mortar and check the surface must be without bugholes. Do not apply PUA before 28 days from casting of concrete. In case of application on new or to restore ground floor be sure of the presence of a vapor barrier.<\/p>\n

Steel or wood:<\/strong>
Surface must be cleaned, dry and with coarse profile (sandblasting or shotblasting).<\/p>\n

PUR foam, EPS\/XPS (Expanded\/Extruded Polystyrene):<\/strong>
Direct application.<\/p>\n

EPE (Expanded Polyethylene), EPP (Expanded Polypropylene):<\/strong>
Special treatments required.<\/p>\n

For other kind of surfaces please contact our technical office. In any case (except old asphalt layers supports) we suggest to apply a thin layer of epoxy or polyurethane primer.<\/p>\n
