CLAIMS:
Buyer’s rights regarding defective goods
Seller must be notified of any defects that can be discovered during routine inspection within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
Notification must be written and must be precisely described the nature and extent of the defects.
ARTICLES ON REQUEST OR PERSONALIZED: The ordering of products made on the explicit request of the purchaser and customized products can not be considered “mail order” in accordance with the law regulating sales carried out outside business premises and therefore does not fall within the scope of application of this law. This excludes the right of withdrawal.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION: The present contract of sale is governed by the laws of Italy.
THE COMPETENT LAW COURTS OF THE PLACE: Where the manufacturer has his registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction. (Cremona, Italy)
